The idea is to keep the supporting records (emails, notes, scans) for each task in a Onenote page linked to that task. ![]() ![]() The idea is to keep Todoist as my main day to day task tracking service, but use Onenote for brainstorming / tracking and recordkeeping (Todoist has a great way of keeping track of task related records in it, but no easy way to export them). An example would be an airline ticket credit that I have a year to apply.Īction List has links to Todoist (my main task app) and other pages. It is broken into Action List, Goals, and Archive.Īction List - all tasks, organized by ToDo Next, Tasks (just a general list) and Don't Forget for tasks that are not due soon & I don't plan on handling them in the next few weeks, but I still don't want to forget about them in case an opportunity comes up.
